INFORMATION & POLICIES

Delivery and access

What is delivered, how access is agreed and which conditions are recorded before purchase.

Updated 3 November 2026

Service delivery

Websites, apps, software systems and online stores are delivered digitally according to the accepted proposal. It defines the deliverables, review stages, timeline and method of delivery or access.

The proposal must also specify responsibilities for content, materials, access and third-party services required by the project, as well as support, maintenance and any recurring costs. Hosting, domains, third-party licences and maintenance are not assumed to be included.

Access to digital products

Each product offer must describe its contents, format, language, compatibility and licence, as well as price, currency, payment conditions and the delivery or access method and timing before purchase. There is no general promise of immediate access.

The applicable licence and any usage limits are those in the accepted offer. Products may not be resold or redistributed unless the relevant licence permits it.

Delivery issues

If access fails, a file is defective or a delivery differs from the agreement, email contact@stein.technology with your proposal or order reference and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or full payment details.

We do not ship physical goods. There are no shipping charges associated with the deliveries described on this website. Statutory rights concerning delivery, correction, cancellation and refunds remain protected.
